Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions, including data models, queries, and integrations.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and improve system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues collaboratively.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with the team to execute work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse is specified in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse is required.
- Experience with data modeling and query optimization in cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data workflows and system performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues in a collaborative setting.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards relevant to data warehousing.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
