Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Lead development efforts as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to cross-team decisions, and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and guide team members to improve team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Integrate AI and generative AI capabilities, agents, and intelligent automation into solutions where applicable.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot is required.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot is required.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns is required.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration is required.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies is required.
- Python experience is preferred.
- AI agents and workflow integration experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
