Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable full stack web applications and high-performance APIs.
- Integrate production AI features including RAG, semantic search, autonomous agents, and LLM-driven conversational interfaces.
- Design data persistence, retrieval, vector search, and embedding solutions using MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data engineers, and product managers to deliver reliable digital experiences.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science or a related field with proven hands-on software development experience.
- Proficiency building dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React.js and the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience building secure RESTful APIs with Express.js, Fastify, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or equivalent tools.
- Experience managing data persistence and search layers with MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, or comparable NoSQL and search engines.
- Familiarity with design patterns, scalable code, and integrating services within complex distributed systems.
- Preferred experience includes cloud-native development, DevOps practices, AI orchestration frameworks, AI-enabled enterprise platforms, prompt engineering, embedding strategies, vector search, semantic search, and RAG.
