Base Salary
$179k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise-scale LLM-driven capabilities, autonomous agents, and multi-agent workflows for HR processes.
- Lead technology projects and developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Partner with security, governance, risk, architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and compliant AI-enabled solutions.
- Define service boundaries, integration patterns, AI agent execution environments, and reusable frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership across Agile teams, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and influence long-term technology strategy.
- Build, deploy, operate, refactor, and improve cloud-based applications while reducing technical debt and enhancing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 7+ years of coding experience, 3+ years of cloud and database experience, and experience with APIs, open-source frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Preferred experience includes RAG architecture, vector databases, embedding-based search, LangGraph or LangChain, agentic LLM pipeline design, and deploying secure, privacy-compliant AI applications at scale.
- Preferred experience includes leading cross-functional engineering efforts, establishing coding standards, using AI productivity tools, and applying Spec-Driven Development.

- Annual base salary varies by work location from $179,400 to $245,600.
