Base Salary
$168k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, script, and execute load, stress, endurance, and benchmarking tests across UI, API, and backend layers.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, automation documentation, and reproducible test suites.
- Use AI tools to accelerate test case generation and optimize performance scripts.
- Diagnose complex performance bottlenecks across Linux servers, networking hardware, and AWS infrastructure.
- Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines to establish continuous performance guardrails.
- Provide actionable performance and quality insights to development teams.
- Drive test strategy and release quality while providing technical leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, or master’s degree with 4+ years, of experience in Quality Engineering, Solution Testing, or Test Automation.
- Programming experience with Python or Java and UI/API automation using Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, or REST Assured.
- Experience with enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, Layer 2/Layer 3, routing, switching, and integrated solution testing.
- Experience with Linux/Unix, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Splunk, and CI/CD automation.
- Preferred: experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or no-code testing.
- Preferred: CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking experience and Wireshark expertise.
- Preferred: experience with Cisco products and enterprise platforms, device configurations, telemetry, data pipelines, and end-to-end customer workflows.
- Preferred: experience testing complex end-to-end customer and network workflows.
- Preferred: technical leadership, mentoring, and experience driving test strategy and release quality.
