Responsibilities

  • Build, prototype, implement, deploy, and optimize production software features.
  • Contribute to large-scale frontend applications, backend systems, data visualizations, and user experience improvements.
  • Develop automated unit tests and achieve relevant code coverage.
  • Document technical work in collaboration with product owners and technical writers.
  • Own an engineering project from ideation through implementation while gathering feedback and customer metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, sales teams, product leaders, and users.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate or graduate university degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
  • Pursuing at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of operating systems, data structures, algorithms, and at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Interest in building complex user interfaces, data visualizations, or backend systems.
  • Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and end-to-end task ownership abilities.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks in person in San Francisco or New York.
  • Able to start full-time work by January 2028 or June 2028, preferred.
