Responsibilities
- Work with frontend and backend tools and projects over an 8-month term.
- Assess user experience and technical requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Design, develop, and support RESTful and SOAP APIs and microservice applications.
- Design and develop web and mobile user interfaces using modern technologies and best practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Participate in Scrum meetings, sprint delivery, code reviews, merge requests, incident resolution, application support, and technical documentation.
- Conduct unit testing and assist with automated testing.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled as a student.
- Pursue an undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Have professional or internship experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Have experience designing, implementing, and maintaining microservice-based architectures.
- Have basic knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture patterns.
- Have experience with MSSQL or other relational databases, JUnit, and Spring integration tests.
- Have basic knowledge of Git for version control.
- Have experience with Angular, Java/Kotlin for Android, or SwiftUI for iOS in a professional environment.
- Have proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Angular, CSS, HTML, and cross-browser web development.
- Have knowledge of RESTful architecture, GraphQL, web services, and security frameworks, standards, and practices.
- Have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, Android tools such as RxJava, Coroutines, Flow, and Compose, or iOS tools such as SwiftUI, RxSwift, Swift Concurrency, and Objective-C.
- Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture is preferred.
- Experience with AI-enhanced development is desired.
- Be a self-starter able to take concepts through design and implementation.
