Responsibilities

Own design and delivery of complex features for the Development Infrastructure team.
Setup local development environments for engineers.
Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and build tools.
Provide tools and workflows to help engineers develop changes reliably.
Participate in planning, code reviews, standups, and other software development activities.
Contribute to efforts in stopping cybercrime with AI.

7+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer building backend systems or platforms.
2+ years of experience working with Python.
Experience with teams focused on Engineering Effectiveness or Development Infrastructure.
Customer-obsessed mindset, working with internal engineers to shape the Engineering Effectiveness roadmap.
Proven experience in delivering complex projects end-to-end.
