Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Pega applications, workflows, and reusable components for enterprise environments.
- Configure and customize Pega Platform components, rules, cases, and workflows.
- Architect scalable Pega solutions aligned with industry standards and internal governance.
- Implement Pega Decision Hub decision strategies, next-best-action configurations, and personalized customer engagement solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Pega designs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review, refactor, and optimize Pega applications for performance, quality, and user experience.
- Establish integrations between Pega solutions and enterprise systems for secure data exchange and end-to-end process flows.
- Apply asset and wealth management knowledge to decision strategies, case structures, and workflows when relevant.
- Perform unit and system testing, investigate incidents, and resolve defects sustainably.
- Prepare technical documentation covering solution designs, configurations, and release notes.
- Mentor junior Pega developers through configuration reviews and constructive feedback.
- Stay current with Pega features and decisioning capabilities and recommend targeted improvements.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Pega Platform, including case management, rule authoring, user interface configuration, and system administration.
- Hands-on expertise with Pega Frameworks and enterprise application development.
- Deep practical experience with Pega Decision Hub, strategy design, next-best-action configuration, and data-driven decisioning.
- Understanding of software development practices including modular design, version control, testing, and release management in Pega environments.
- Exposure to asset and wealth management processes such as client onboarding, portfolio servicing, and advisory services.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) or an equivalent advanced Pega certification focused on application development and decisioning is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technology partners.
- Ability to maintain quality, security awareness, and compliance standards.
