Responsibilities
- Translate business processes, requirements, and logical designs into technical specifications and automation workflows.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support RPA workflows and components.
- Lead tasks for the global development team and mentor developers on technical competencies.
- Supervise releases and deployments involving bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Capture and refine requirements with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Process Leads, and Product Owners.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create and maintain process and end-user documentation.
- Ensure automation quality through QA processes, testing, UAT support, and bug fixes.
- Contribute to the Automation Center of Excellence framework and the lifecycle management of RPA use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field providing a strong foundation for the role.
- 7–9 years of experience in programming, scripting or coding, SQL, relational databases, and application development.
- At least 6 years of experience developing Robotic Process Automation solutions.
- Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath, Azure OpenAI, Power Platforms, and cloud solutions.
- Experience mentoring development teams and working with process analysis, design, implementation, business and technical requirements, system testing, UAT, and bug fixes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, English-language, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and their use in project management is preferred.
