Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Airwallex engineering system.
- Collaborate with business/product teams to understand needs and guide development directions.
- Conduct system analysis, architecture design, and core function development.
- Design and develop components based on the company's microservice framework.
- Introduce innovative technologies and solutions for the team.
- Manage the technical team and establish internal coding standards.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of Core Java development experience.
- More than 5 years in Internet application or large financial system development.
- At least 1 year of experience in payment platform development.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proficient in Java 8 and familiar with multi-threading and high concurrency.
- Experience with design patterns and large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiar with Spring/Spring Boot and server technologies.
- Knowledge of HTTP, TCP/IP protocols, and REST specifications.
- Mastery of Gradle/Maven and Docker cluster usage.
- Familiar with JSON and XML.
