Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance enterprise systems for performance and reliability.
- Design and develop standalone applications and APIs for cross-platform data integration.
- Implement and manage end-to-end integration between multiple systems, including healthcare-standard interoperability.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
- Create test cases and documentation to validate system functionality.
- Provide production support and resolve ad hoc and complex technical issues.
- Identify process improvements and propose efficiency-enhancing solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of 3–5 members, mentor junior developers, and ensure quality delivery.
- Manage business and technical stakeholder expectations and align solutions with strategic objectives.
- Perform root cause analysis for high-impact incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Plan, execute, and validate large-scale data migrations while maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software development, system maintenance, and project delivery across insurance, technology, and manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical and project matters.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, JavaScript, Angular, React, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Strong experience with end-to-end system integration and large-scale data migration projects.
- Ability to lead a 3–5-person team, mentor junior developers, and ensure quality delivery.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, production-support, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with middleware, APIs, and integration frameworks for healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards.
- Experience deploying applications with Azure or AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
