Responsibilities
- Increase the results and effectiveness of software engineers across a large domain.
- Set the technology roadmap for a domain.
- Adapt the role and choose effective approaches to achieve technical goals.
- Advise senior executives and influence multi-year business strategies.
- Handle ambiguous and unfamiliar situations using creativity and decisive judgment.
- Use discovery and exploratory research to support successful decisions.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to influence senior executives and multi-year business strategies.
- Ability to operate independently across ambiguous and unfamiliar situations.
- Ability to identify broad organizational improvement opportunities and make build-versus-buy decisions.
