Responsibilities
- Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
- Communicate technical requirements to stakeholders and solve technical problems.
- Mentor junior and new team members by providing technical guidance.
- Participate in planning by identifying major tasks and estimating work.
- Write comprehensive tests to ensure code functionality.
- Review code to maintain high quality and support knowledge sharing.
- Generate and review documentation on code processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Be available for on-call rotational work to resolve emergencies.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards.
- Enjoy solving moderately complex problems.
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
