Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce clouds as part of an agile development team.
- Configure Salesforce systems based on client requirements and Salesforce license limitations.
- Develop Salesforce use cases using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Help define scalable, maintainable system architecture and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
- Lead technical discussions with business and development stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional team leadership.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, landscapes, entity relationship diagrams, and configuration workbooks.
- Apply development, deployment, security, access-control, and code-quality best practices.
- Conduct peer reviews, collaborate with quality assurance, resolve issues, and communicate project status and risks.
- Monitor new Salesforce features and identify benefits for business use cases.
- Travel as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Ability to produce technical documentation for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I and II certifications are desirable.
