Base Salary

$110k - $138k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain production software primarily using C++, Qt, and scripting languages.
Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and technology selection.
Build, package, and deploy software through automated CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate machine learning models into production software.
Work with Product, QA, UX, and Regulatory teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Deploy and optimize applications on dedicated Linux-based medical systems.
Design software with cybersecurity, reliability, and regulatory compliance in mind.
Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior developers.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Computer Science and six years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
Experience developing and deploying software with Linux.
Proficiency in C++ 17 or newer.
Experience developing applications with the Qt Framework, including GUI, multithreading, signals and slots, and custom widgets.
Working knowledge of Python and scripting languages.
Understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design.
Experience with Docker, TeamCity or equivalent CI/CD platforms, and Git.
Experience writing automated unit and integration tests, such as with GoogleTest.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and refactoring skills.
Experience with code reviews and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles for software systems.
Familiarity with Secure Boot, TPM, secure key management, and Linux system security.
