Base Salary
$69k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end software and systems from vision through production readiness.
- Design and implement backend software using object-oriented programming, Java or JEE, backend frameworks, and REST APIs.
- Evaluate current architecture and operating environments while planning for future functionality and enhancements.
- Identify system improvements and apply new tools, techniques, architectural approaches, and technologies.
- Help clients address complex challenges in defense, civil, and national security environments.
- Complete the required skills assessment and meet the minimum proficiency threshold during hiring.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Java or JEE.
- Experience with Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
- Experience developing APIs using the REST architectural style.
- Experience with Linux OS and the command line interface.
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Compliant Certification, including Security+ or CISSP, within 6 months of starting.
- Preferred experience with network security, PKI access and authorization, chain trusting, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Jira, Confluence, Git, and GitLab.
- Preferred TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and an existing DoD 8570 Compliant Certification, including Security+ or CISSP.
