Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve software quality and delivery.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and optimize complex systems.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Proficiency with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data analytics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
