Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, testability, efficiency, and applicable technology best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Implement GenAI solutions, use ML infrastructure, prepare data, and improve optimization and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience in Python or C++.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Experience with core GenAI concepts, including Large Language Models, Multi-Modal systems, and Large Vision Models.
- Experience with text, image, video, or audio generation.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.

- US base pay is listed at $147,000–$210,000, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
