Responsibilities
- Lead complex cloud infrastructure deployment, modernization, and troubleshooting initiatives.
- Design and implement automation workflows that improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive resilient architecture decisions and own execution plans for medium-to-high complexity initiatives and critical changes.
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Mentor Systems Engineer I/II team members through technical guidance and review practices.
- Partner with architecture, security, product, and FinOps stakeholders on platform solutions.
- Improve operational practices, observability, and documentation for critical services.
Requirements
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Proficiency in Python or Go scripting/programming.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deployment tooling such as Helm or ArgoCD.
- Strong incident troubleshooting and service reliability experience in cloud and containerized environments.
- Ability to independently own cross-team technical initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
