Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the Eurofins Electronic Notebook application based on customer feedback and business requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or escalated application issues, including crashes, data inconsistencies, integration failures, and performance problems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate on permanent fixes and application enhancements.
- Monitor applications, identify anomalies, and optimize performance and scalability.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation in alignment with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product, and support teams and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide and groom junior team members and provide training and guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a knowledge base.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Postman, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and application monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with UI testing and unit testing using tools such as MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and efficient coding and queries.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience with or ability to guide and groom junior team members is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- MCA or bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent qualification.
