Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate the roadmap.
- Collaborate with teams across Vanta on engineering initiatives and product development.
- Mentor engineers and help them develop their skills throughout projects.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack experience with a focus on backend skills.
- Experience leading small teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprises.
- Experience with TypeScript and familiarity with React, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
- Open to using AI to enhance work efficiency and impact.
