Responsibilities
- Dive deep into the existing tech stack to ship critical features for the Specialist Visits product.
- Establish initial engineering standards for the new initiative.
- Lead complex, cross-team initiatives to unlock new product capabilities.
- Mentor senior engineers to raise the technical bar.
- Drive the architectural vision for scale-up plans, designing services for 100x growth.
- Shape the long-term technical strategy balancing immediate delivery with reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of non-internship experience in software engineering.
- Expert proficiency across the full stack, including React.js, React Native, Golang, and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of architecting scalable APIs and data models.
- Experience leading technical execution in a collaborative environment.
- Passionate about helping people overcome chronic pain.
