Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable provider-facing digital products and enterprise healthcare platforms.
- Drive end-to-end full-stack software delivery using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, and cloud-native services.
- Design scalable microservices and distributed systems and modernize legacy applications into cloud-based service-oriented platforms.
- Partner with Product Management, Business, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives, architectural decisions, technology selection, engineering standards, and cross-team delivery.
- Design secure, highly available, high-performance architectures that meet reliability, observability, maintainability, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct code and design reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Implement and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and DevSecOps practices, automated deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Use Redis, Kafka, SNS/SQS, relational databases, and NoSQL databases for performance, scalability, caching, and real-time event processing.
- Apply GenAI-powered development tools and automation frameworks to accelerate software delivery and product innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or microservices design and development.
- 5+ years of experience with React or TypeScript-based frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices, including Jenkins, GitHub, and infrastructure-as-code for automated deployments.
- 3+ years of experience with a public cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, API integration and design, and microservices-based architecture.
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems, cloud-native services, and modernization of legacy applications.
- Experience with caching technologies such as Redis and Amazon ElastiCache.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives, translating business requirements, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering standards.
- Experience with GenAI technologies, tools, or frameworks for SDLC innovation and automation.
- Strong database design and data management experience with relational and NoSQL technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging using Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
