Responsibilities
- Lead software-related projects, including GenAI initiatives, from design through delivery.
- Triage, prioritize, and drive vulnerabilities, dependency issues, code-scanning findings, and secret exposures to closure within security SLAs.
- Identify, rotate, and revoke exposed credentials and harden pipelines to prevent recurring secret exposure.
- Develop and maintain complex hardware and software systems using one or more programming languages.
- Provide technical direction, guide teams through complex problems, and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project plans and budgets and recommend improvements to products, processes, and services.
- Track security remediation metrics and champion secure-by-design practices.
- Document processes, code changes, and project updates while supporting team culture and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or similar advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of related software engineering experience.
- Mastery of one or more high-level programming languages, relevant technologies, development tools, and design techniques.
- Working knowledge of GenAI or agentic technology stacks, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and related tooling.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Substantial hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning and management, dependency and code scanning, secret detection and remediation, and Concord security standards.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high volumes of security findings to closure, prioritize remediation alongside feature delivery, and meet security SLAs.
- Experience leading software projects and guiding teams through complex technical problems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-influence, ambiguity-management, and difficult-conversation skills.
- Prior team lead experience, GenAI project experience, mentoring experience, and end-to-end security remediation backlog ownership are preferred.
