Responsibilities
- Set architecture, reliability, and performance standards for the Dublin engineering hub.
- Support and mentor other engineers to foster a high-trust, high-feedback culture.
- Engage directly with EMEA customers to translate complex problems into shippable work.
- Own critical systems including data pipelines and real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with teams in San Francisco and Dublin to align on product and design decisions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, preferably at a startup.
- Strong technical leadership skills with experience in mentoring engineers.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies and product architecture.
- Experience with AI integrations and complex customer-facing products is a plus.
