Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Vault CRM implementations and configuration activities for Life Sciences projects.
- Advise clients on best practices, compliance, regulatory requirements, and solution design.
- Lead workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into scalable Veeva Vault CRM architectures.
- Oversee system integration and migration activities while ensuring data integrity, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM is required, with relevant Veeva certifications preferred.
- Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document or content management processes in Life Sciences environments is preferred.
- Background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within the Life Sciences industry, ideally involving Veeva solutions, is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English communication skills are required.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, explain complex topics clearly, work proactively, and develop solutions.
