Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to spec, design, and build features.
- Create polished, accessible, and mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Contribute to front-end architecture discussions for scalability and performance.
- Partner with quality engineers to define and maintain testing strategies.
- Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in interviewing and recruiting talented engineers.
- Work with a modern tech stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, and Docker.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in architecting and maintaining complex web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS.
- Passion for creating accessible and intuitive user interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
