Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to specify, design, and build features and systems.
- Create accessible, intuitive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Partner with quality engineers to define, build, and maintain testing strategy.
- Mentor teammates and provide thoughtful feedback.
- Help interview and recruit talented engineers.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in creating accessible, intuitive, and mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Strong software engineering skills and a track record of shipping high-quality products.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Alignment with Ironclad’s values of drive, intent, integrity, and empathy; a formal degree is not required.
