EW1 Angular Principal Developer, IT Solutions

- Lead hands-on Angular development using modern UI/UX practices and create scalable solutions for new features and technical debt.
- Provide architecture and design recommendations for medium- to large-scale initiatives and guide less experienced developers through development, implementation, and support.
- Define and enforce code quality, source control, development, testing, and peer review standards.
- Analyze and resolve performance, functional software, and end-user issues while producing technical documentation, diagrams, and maintainable code.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and evaluate operational feasibility.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including UI/UX regression risk assessments and Angular unit and end-to-end testing.
- Lead adoption of AI tools, Angular framework upgrades, and coordination across regional development leads.
- Evaluate offline application integrations involving Ionic Framework, Angular, Capacitor, Electron, and Salesforce.
- Represent IT as a subject-matter expert across platform design, business processes, and software and hardware architecture.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality Management, Business, and other cross-disciplinary teams, with up to 10% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of IT experience are required.
- At least 8 years of experience developing responsive, cross-browser-compatible web applications is required.
- Expertise in Angular Reactive Forms, complex dynamic fields and validations, enterprise Angular architecture, monorepos, libraries, object-oriented programming, and reactive design patterns.
- Advanced experience with Angular 17+, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQLite, Node.js, HTML5, CSS, Electron, Ionic Capacitor, and mobile and desktop application security.
- Knowledge of Angular automated unit testing using Playwright, Tricentis, or similar tools, as well as automated unit and end-to-end testing practices.
- Advanced SQL database architecture experience, particularly with SQLite offline applications, distributed databases, and denormalized data models.
- Experience with Git-based source control, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps pipelines, PowerShell or Node.js scripting, and CI practices.
- Experience developing offline Windows UWP/Win32 and iOS applications using Apache Cordova and Ionic Capacitor.
- Expertise in the Apple Developer Program, UI/UX across devices and screen sizes, IT governance, operations, administration, and technical documentation using UML, BPML, ERD, wireframes/mockups, and test scripts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include full-stack Angular and SQLite experience; Angular, TOGAF, or solution-architecture certification; knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Inventory Management, CRM/ERP ecosystems, and Salesforce capabilities including REST APIs and Apex triggers.
