Responsibilities
- Translate technology stacks and application designs into code for services and web platforms.
- Design, build, test, implement, and maintain secure, stable, testable, and maintainable applications.
- Perform application systems analysis and programming, including feasibility studies, estimates, and application revisions.
- Learn and represent system functionality, architecture, dependencies, runtime operations, support strategies, business requirements, and customer use cases.
- Participate in system design, architecture, performance, implementation, and application documentation discussions.
- Build and maintain integrated project development schedules while managing dependencies, constraints, contingencies, feature priorities, and consensus.
- Improve team development processes and automate code quality, performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while supporting compliance with applicable policies, laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in an application development role.
- Strong development experience with Java, microservices, Spring Boot, and databases.
- Experience running high-traffic, distributed, cloud-based services.
- Demonstrated execution capabilities, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Experience affecting large culture change and leading infrastructure programs.
- Ability to work with third-party service providers and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Working experience with UI/Angular is a plus.
- Bachelor ’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
