Responsibilities
- Design and document end-to-end SAP and non-SAP integration flows for assigned business domains.
- Create integration design specifications, mappings, and interface contracts for building teams and system integrators.
- Design integrations using SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration and API Management.
- Apply enterprise integration standards, security requirements, Clean Core principles, and approved integration patterns.
- Collaborate with Solution, Data, Cloud, and Infrastructure Architects on end-to-end designs, data quality, and runtime requirements.
- Support implementation teams with design clarification, integration testing, defect resolution, performance tuning, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Maintain complete integration documentation for operational handover and escalate design gaps, risks, and deviations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations in SAP-centric environments.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and/or SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Practical experience with SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML message formats, integration security, and synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical integration designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across architecture, delivery, and vendor teams.
- Experience supporting large SAP programs, such as S/4HANA transformations or Ariba and SuccessFactors rollouts, is preferred.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, API lifecycle management, and global multi-region enterprise environments is preferred.
