Responsibilities
- Own and develop the SCAYLE.com and SCAYLESTUDIOS.ai websites.
- Lead the migration from WordPress to a modern AI-enhanced, headless, or React/Next.js stack.
- Build high-converting navigation, landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding experiences, and activation-focused modules.
- Improve technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization, Core Web Vitals, media and video performance, and site speed.
- Implement event tracking, A/B testing, and conversion metrics in collaboration with the Demand team.
- Work with Content, Product, and Demand teams to turn growth initiatives into live web experiences.
- Adopt AI coding tools in engineering workflows and build secure publishing pathways for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on web development experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS or marketing.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails with Hotwire.
- Knowledge of WordPress and experience driving website migrations.
- Understanding of headless architectures or React/Next.js stacks.
- Deep knowledge of Core Web Vitals, media and video optimization, CDNs, technical SEO, and emerging AI/GEO search strategies.
- Experience building high-converting landing pages, sign-up flows, and payment integrations such as Stripe.
- Experience with A/B testing and tracking.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or creative technology is a plus.
