Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workato integration workflows, including agentic workflow automations.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and integration solution designs.
- Act as scrum master by prioritizing tasks and communicating with stakeholders.
- Build and configure MCP servers and administer the MCP gateway.
- Test and debug Workato integrations for reliability and efficiency.
- Administer and govern the Workato platform, including permissions, usage optimization, security, and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders on integration projects.
- Support critical business workflows, investigate integration issues, and resolve system anomalies for end users.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Integration Developer designing and implementing integrations through middleware platforms or custom development.
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
- Proven Workato development experience with delivered projects and knowledge of Workato best practices and design patterns.
- Proven experience delivering Workato Enterprise MCPs and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of Ruby or Python.
- Salesforce development or implementation experience is advantageous.
- Experience developing Order-to-Cash workflows is advantageous.
- Strong time management, multitasking, communication, proactive, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
