Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using suitable programming languages and frameworks.
- Own, maintain, and improve document scraping and transformation tooling.
- Scale internal tooling to ingest documents from new regulators and in new formats.
- Collaborate with product managers, business experts, solution leaders, and clients on parsing tools and applications.
- Independently own the tooling platform and make design and architecture decisions.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and observability.
Requirements
- Require 5–8 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Require strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Require proven independent development of full-stack applications with end-to-end ownership.
- Require strong backend development experience with APIs, services, and distributed systems.
- Require experience with relational or non-relational databases.
- Require knowledge of software design principles, secure coding practices, and application architecture.
- Require experience with source control, automated testing, and continuous delivery practices.
- Prefer experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.
- Prefer experience in Agile or DevSecOps delivery environments.
- Prefer knowledge of banking, payments, financial services, or fintech solutions.
- Prefer experience using AI-assisted development for rapid prototyping and application development.
