Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Apply software engineering practices throughout research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization’s activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while developing long-term client partnerships.
- Contribute significantly to recruiting and developing people.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience operating independently in highly complex environments.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and supervise software engineering work.
- Ability to manage difficult and complex situations calmly and professionally.
- Understanding of broader business objectives, commercial principles, and negotiating principles.
- Ability to balance business, technical, and people objectives.
