Responsibilities
- Lead and support integration development, maintenance, and operational activities.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers and remove technical blockers.
- Review technical specifications for alignment with client standards.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, reliability, task visibility, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and escalate technical risks with proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with Deputy Managers and Managers on priorities, objectives, execution, and status updates.
- Lead technical teams and maintain strong communication with management and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with ESB and Kafka.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving quality standards and day-to-day execution.
- Workato experience is a major advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
