Responsibilities
- Deploy Game Warden and other products across AWS, Azure, GCP, and sovereign-cloud infrastructure in European regions.
- Architect landing zones and reference architectures meeting sovereignty, customer-control, GDPR, and accreditation requirements.
- Operate Kubernetes, container runtimes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, networking, identity, monitoring, and observability for regulated environments.
- Implement security controls and create technical evidence and documentation for EAL, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, NATO, UK MOD, and equivalent accreditation regimes.
- Prepare production environments, sequence platform rollouts and upgrades, and hand deployments to implementation and delivery teams with complete runbooks and technical evidence.
- Resolve conflicts between automation, hardening, compliance, and operational constraints across distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on platform engineering, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering experience in production environments.
- Deep experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud platforms at scale.
- Production-grade Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
- Hands-on experience maintaining infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Experience building, securing, and operating CI/CD pipelines under regulatory or high-assurance compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of networking, IAM, SAML/OAuth, APIs, and distributed-systems troubleshooting.
- Fluent English and the ability to collaborate asynchronously across distributed global engineering teams.
- EU citizenship from one of the 27 EU member states and the right to work in the EU.
- Preferred qualifications include government or NATO security clearance or eligibility, experience in air-gapped or classified environments, familiarity with EAL/Common Criteria, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, NATO, UK MOD, NIS-2, or CRA, and proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust.
