Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor and strategic partner to customers and prospects.
- Lead complex demonstrations of Assort Health’s AI offerings.
- Partner with Sales to qualify new prospects and support existing customers.
- Provide high-value feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
- Create educational content and tooling for internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering within healthcare or EHR environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in production-grade systems.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
