Base Salary
$183k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical co-design, architecture, proof-of-concept delivery, and production scaling for AI-native network solutions with Tier-1 telecommunications operators.
- Own RAN AI, AI control plane, agentic network framework, and non-terrestrial network architecture and delivery.
- Lead hackathons, developer challenges, AI fellowship programs, and other crowdsourced innovation initiatives.
- Represent AWS in industry forums and standards bodies, including TM Forum, TIP, and the O-RAN Alliance.
- Orchestrate co-design programs with semiconductor, RAN, and AI technology partners.
- Build and lead a scaling function of Field Development Engineers and Solutions Architects.
- Author technical narratives, architecture documents, and solution proposals for AWS leadership and customer executives.
- Partner with AWS service teams to develop and integrate agentic network and AI control plane capabilities into the AWS platform.
- Mentor Solutions Architects, Field Development Engineers, and partner engineers on AI-native network architecture and delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud computing transformations.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives, through training, workshops, and publications.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation.
- Knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management.
- Knowledge of database design and implementation.
- Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with comfort engaging executives, IT management, and developers.
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
