$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and build the core technology stack for Polynomic.
- Work on advanced AI problems and data infrastructure.
- Develop autonomous systems for performance marketing.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to ad optimization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong ability through shipped products, research, or technical work.
- Excited to own and deliver on ambitious projects.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, bandits, and agent reliability is preferred.
- Passionate about the impact of digital ads on global commerce.
