Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytics solutions to drive customer insights.
- Collaborate with Data Science to leverage models for optimization.
- Work closely with Product Management and UI Designers to present data effectively.
- Set standards for engineering excellence and team culture.
- Bridge business requirements with data engineering.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience shipping at least 1 major feature into production.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Golang, Java, Python, or C#.
- Proficiency in at least one SQL language (MSSQL, MYSQL, Postgres, etc.).
- Ability to make tradeoffs between speed and accuracy.
