Requirements
- Possess a rigorous, quantitative mindset.
- Be an outstanding software engineer in Python with full-stack capabilities.
- Have experience shipping real ML research with a focus on impactful experiments.
- Utilize ablations, controls, and confidence intervals in research.
- Operate well with high autonomy and ambiguity.
- Communicate research clearly in writing and verbally.
