Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents.
- Manage the entire AI agent lifecycle from pilot to launch and refinement.
- Collaborate with decision-makers to address high-priority challenges using agentic AI.
- Develop systems that outperform human operators in customer retention and churn reduction.
- Design reusable agent frameworks tailored to different industries.
- Push the boundaries of AI integration into enterprise-grade deployments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
- Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting environments.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a major plus.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and business teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
