Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in ServiceNow and enterprise environments.
- Translate customer requirements into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Build Claude and LLM applications using prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Develop secure integrations, scripts, microservices, automation logic, APIs, data connections, and lightweight user interfaces.
- Create prototypes, demonstrations, pilots, evaluation approaches, regression tests, safeguards, and production deployment assets.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, model behavior, permissions, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Contribute reusable implementation patterns, prompt libraries, accelerators, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and platform features.
- Collaborate with customers, consultants, product teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, ServiceNow teams, and the AI Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
- Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, AI automations, conversational experiences, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
- Production experience integrating APIs, enterprise applications, data platforms, or workflow systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming and scripting languages.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context windows, token usage, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Anthropic API and Claude experience, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, MCP, ServiceNow, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, AI observability, Docker, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
