Base Salary
$180k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead deployments from discovery through implementation, launch, and adoption.
- Build and debug across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments.
- Partner with customer engineering, IT, security, and business teams to ship production-grade deployments.
- Communicate clearly across technical and business audiences while solving problems in real time.
- Push back thoughtfully when a request will not produce the right outcome.
- Turn recurring customer needs into product improvements, reusable integrations, and stronger playbooks.
- Take ownership through delivery and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production software directly with customers.
- Ability to work across the stack and investigate unexpected system behavior.
- Clear communication across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to stay composed when requirements are incomplete or timelines are tight.
- Prior experience in voice, machine learning, or specific customer technology stacks is not required.
