Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust production implementation plans.
- Lead production rollouts of AI assistant workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, CRMs, calendars, ticketing, and payment services.
- Develop glue code and small-to-medium features with testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data, and deploy rapid production fixes.
- Create reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and scalable setup practices.
- Feed customer pain points, feature gaps, and recurring patterns back into the product team with recommendations.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into production implementation plans.
- Production experience with LLM-based applications, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, OAuth, and API keys.
- Strong coding ability and experience with testing, monitoring, logging, cloud deployments, observability, and production debugging.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above; exceptional candidates without German may be considered case by case.
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach emphasizing fast shipping and iteration.
- Experience with voice or telephony integrations, workflow automation tools, TypeScript, Python, SQL, or GDPR/privacy is a bonus.
Benefits
- Annual salary of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR.
