Base Salary
$260k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery conversations on software engineering opportunities.
- Partner with Research Partners to understand their training and evaluation needs.
- Translate lab requirements into scoped Turing deliverables.
- Build prototypes and demos that validate the proposed solutions.
- Own proof-of-concept projects from initiation to scale-up decisions.
- Document processes and build a knowledge base for future hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering.
- Hands-on fluency in Python and familiarity with another major programming language.
- Experience designing evaluations for code models.
- Familiarity with large codebases and developer-facing AI products.
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
- Commercial instinct and willingness to engage in customer meetings.
