Responsibilities
- Define the future of AI-assisted underwriting by designing intuitive workflows.
- Own the cross-platform frontend and design system for the platform.
- Establish frontend patterns, libraries, and review standards for the engineering team.
- Mentor and recruit engineers to strengthen the team.
- Rapidly iterate on features from concept to production.
- Drive tools and process improvements for faster prototyping.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript is ideal but not required.
- Experience architecting scalable front-end systems.
- Comfort with backend technologies like Go/Python.
- Experience building AI-native interfaces or complex applications.
- Track record of leading product surfaces end-to-end.
