Responsibilities
- Streamline the build-and-ship loop by designing internal systems and agents.
- Automate platform operations to maintain system health with minimal human effort.
- Continually improve the internal developer platform for faster and safer shipping.
- Identify and prototype automation opportunities across the engineering organization.
- Establish internal tooling patterns and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and/or TypeScript.
- Experience building developer tooling, internal platforms, or CI/CD systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or agents is a plus.
- Comfort with Infrastructure-as-Code and observability practices.
- A track record of leading technical projects end-to-end.
