Base Salary
$230k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve developer infrastructure, including CI/CD systems and build tooling.
- Design and implement agentic workflows and AI-assisted tooling.
- Own the developer experience from local development to deployment.
- Drive technical excellence in architecture and tooling decisions.
- Evaluate and adopt AI tooling to enhance productivity across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems and build tooling.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience improving developer experience across various workflows.
- Familiarity with public cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
- Experience with containerized environments and modern infrastructure tooling.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Genuine passion for improving healthcare through technology.
